The following packages are available as an excellent way of learning the movements, enabling you to take control of your posture and helping yourself to easy, efficient and pain free movement.
Somatic Movements are a retraining of your sensory motor system involving you learning to sense your system from the inside out. This is why an audio form of learning is more effective than a video form. You lie down, close your eyes and are guided through the movement by my voice on the E-audios.

The Basics Package - $30
This is a 16 minute programme designed to use daily.
These movements address the 3 habitually held reflexes that create postural distortions in our systems.
This brief programme, if practiced regularly, will create easy functional movement for you, slowing down your aging process.
This is like a "time out" from the stresses of everyday living, calming down your nervous system and releasing the tension out of your muscles.
The package teaches you 6 movements initially in a "4 learning" version.
You will receive a brief E-audio on "Guidelines".
You will have separate E-audios of the following Hanna Somatic movements: - Arch & flatten - Flower - Back lift - Arch & curl - Side bend - Washrag. Each of these audios range from 4 to 13 minutes. You practice these until you become familiar with the movements.
Then you are ready to use the separate Basics Somatics E-audio. This is all these movements in a sequence - your regular programme - 16 minutes.

This programme is designed for anyone who has back pain issues. It will give you back control of your back muscles and help you regain function of your daily activities.
There are several E-audios. Listen to the "Guidelines" and the "Introduction to Back Care programme" first. Then use the " Back care 4 learning" version. This takes 26 minutes as it is teaching you the 3 movements in a broken down form. This is essential.
NB: - If your back has gone into spasm and you are in a lot of pain practice this as an "emergency back care" programme - 3 times a day for 3 days. After that just once a day.
NB: - if using the prone position is challenging for your neck go straight to either the "Back Lift straight head position" or the "Supine Back lift" E-audio.
Once you are familiar with the movements you can use the E-audio "Back Care Programme" - same movements in a full version and around 15 minutes.
Once your back is functioning fully again use "Back care shorter version" at around 9 minutes for daily maintenance.
