Teaching you about chronic muscular tension and the three stress reflexes. Habitually held reflexive patterns that are the root cause of many of your aches and pains including your back; stiffness and immobility; lack of energy and fatigue; and shallow breathing.
Giving you an experience of how to sense and then release your tight muscles. This awareness will give you back control of your body allowing you to function better.
Teaching you pandiculation, a safe gentle technique that effectively releases this muscular tension. When practiced regularly for a few minutes each day this is your solution.
