Somatic Movement Education Classes
These classes are to support the Clinical sessions that you have attended. They are designed for you to explore further and deepen your awareness and control of your own body. The more you practice the movements especially with direction from a teacher the more benefits you will gain - what about more ease and comfort in your walking and breathing?
The classes are open to anyone with previous experience of Thomas Hanna's somatic movement. Classes are for an hour and cost is $10 per class.
If you would like to join the classes without the Clinical sessions you can book in 3 private movement sessions to bring you up to speed.
